We are looking for a dynamic and forward looking Purchasing Co-ordinator to join the team at Cornish Orchards and contribute to the continued growth of one of Cornwall’s recent business success stories.

As a Purchasing Co-ordinator in a small to medium business you will be required to carry out a range of procurement activities including:

  • Day to day purchasing (creating purchasing orders, speaking to suppliers, dealing with invoice queries)
  • Deliver cost savings through negotiation and alternative supply
  • Working with teams to drive costs down in all areas of the business
  • Sourcing new suppliers and ingredients

This role will suit someone who can work well with a variety of people and who is comfortable negotiating with suppliers. You will ideally have at least 3 years purchasing experience and be able to demonstrate a good level of commercial acumen.
