Toast to life's simple pleasures. Meaning ‘apple tree’ in Cornish, Avalen is a naturally sparkling cider made with the finest, handpicked apples from our very first orchard, Keepscombe. 

For Avalen we worked with award winning Cornish winery, Camel Valley. The toughened bottles containing our cider went through a 3 month ‘riddling’ process and then a further 3 months maturation in bottle.
