Delivery
Under normal circumstances deliveries to mainland Great Britain will be made within 10 working days. In the event that an item is out of stock, and cannot be delivered within that timescale, we will contact you to discuss the situation before processing the payment.
Post and Packing
A charge of £6.65 will be made towards the cost of post and packing per delivery address.
Damaged Goods
Damaged goods must be reported by phone on receipt.
Governing Law and Contract Formation
No contract will subsist between you and Cornish Orchards for the sale by it to you of any product until your payment is banked. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Cornish Orchards irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
