Damaged Goods

Please inspect your parcel before accepting the delivery from our courier. If the courier informs you that the parcel has been damaged in transit, please ensure you obtain the appropriate written confirmation, should you wish to proceed and accept the order. However, we recommend that you do not accept goods that have been damaged in transit. Cornish Orchards cannot be held liable for any issues occurring as a result of a customer signing for damaged goods. Parcels which appear intact on delivery but are found to contain damaged goods on opening must be reported to Cornish Orchards immediately. We can then arrange to replace or credit. Customers should retain the damaged goods until such point as Cornish Orchards has advised on collection or disposal arrangements as we may need these as evidence for any claim against our courier.

Contract Formation

Once an order has been placed and confirmed a contract exists between yourself and Cornish Orchards and you thereby undertake to pay for the goods ordered. Any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Cornish Orchards irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Cornish Orchards reserves the right to refuse orders.

Distance Selling Regulations: Customers retain the right to return goods up to 7 working days from receipt of goods. Please note that the order will need to be returned in its entirety, in pristine, saleable condition and the customer will need to fund the return postage costs in such an event.

Sale or Return: Cornish Orchards is unable to offer Sale or Return on website purchases. Please note that once an order is placed, a contract is formed to pay and receive the goods ordered.

Special Offers

Special Offers are available as described in the offer text and are applicable only to the products detailed in the offer. Cornish Orchards reserves the right to withdraw or alter special offers, should this be deemed necessary by the company. Unless otherwise stated, offers are restricted to one per customer and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Unless otherwise stated, single gift packs and gift voucher purchases do not count towards multi-case discount deals. Website offers are available via the Cornish Orchards website and to customers visiting the farm shop in person.

Responsible Drinking

Cornish Orchards takes its legal obligations regarding responsible drinking seriously.

By placing an order for alcoholic goods you confirm you are over 18 years of age. Please ensure that there will be an over-18 available to sign for the parcel at your chosen delivery address.

Intellectual Property

All copyright relating to graphics, images and copy within the Cornish Orchards website is retained. Express written permission should be obtained from the Company should you wish to use or reproduce any aspect of this.

Competitions

Entrants to Cornish Orchards competitions must be aged 18 years or over and residents of the UK, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected, and this is confirmed by entering. Entries are limited to one per person and will not be accepted after the closing date. Prizes are as advertised but Cornish Orchards reserves the right to provide an alternative if necessary. By entering a photo competition, you agree that Cornish Orchards may publish your photo on the Cornish Orchards website and on their social media channels. Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or administer, and nor is it associated with, Cornish Orchards promotions or competitions.

1. This offer is available online at www.cornishorchards.co.uk only, and entitles new customers to a 10% discount for their first purchase of eligible products in their order.
2. This voucher can only be used once, by those aged 18 or above.
3. The offer does not apply to Gift Cards, and cannot be used in conjunction with multibuy offers, other discount codes, other promotions, or price matches.
4. To redeem the offer online enter the discount code ‘WELCOME10' at the checkout screen of the website.
5. The offer must be applied at the point of sale, and cannot be applied retrospectively.
6. The offer and discount is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable.
7. Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.
